As independent artists we have been working together on numerous projects over the last 10 years. The Fremantle Art Centre residency brings us together for the first time as a collaborative duo in printmaking and performance.
For the Fremantle residency we intend to produce a body of work that encompasses print, performance, video and sculpture. These are the disciplines of our current practices. Our research and our experiences in Western Australia will inform the exhibition component of this collaborative production.
The outcome to this residency is a 10 hour durational performance event in which we will present our experimental print practice on the weekend of the Fremantle Print Awards 22-09-2012.
